Explanar consists of 4 core components; The multi-adjustable Hoop, the Power Roller™, the Plane Fin™ and the Radial Stance Mat™. When combined they work unlike any other golf training aid.

1. The (multi-adjustable) Hoop

The multi-adjustable hoop is adjusted to your optimum (best) swing plane for long shots (Driver to 5 iron using the long Power Roller™) and shorter shots (6 iron to sand wedge using the short Power Roller™). 2. The Power Roller™

The weighted Power Roller trains, retains and builds the golfing muscles, creating a more dynamic and athletic swing. The long Power Roller (for driver to 5 iron swings) is included with the Home Training System. The short Power Roller (for 6 iron to sand wedge swings) is an optional extra. 3. The Plane Fin™

4.The Radial Stance Mat™
