Explanar Golf agrees to provide a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping both ways) if goods returned within 30 days of receipt subject to the following conditions:

1. This offer refers to all Explanar products purchased directly from Explanar Golf Ltd and Explanar Golf USA Inc by the end user (the customer).
2. The customer must notify Explanar in writing (email is acceptable) of the reason for the return, within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Golfswing@explanar.com.
3. The Explanar goods must have been posted to Explanar within the 30 day period.
4. The Explanar goods must be re-packed in the original packaging.
5. The Explanar goods must be returned undamaged.
6. Explanar Golf reserves the right to levy a fair and reasonable charge for goods returned damaged.
7. A re-stocking fee of up to £50 / $99 will be charged.
8. All original components must be included.
9. Shipping costs, both ways, are the responsibility of the customer and not Explanar Golf Ltd or Explanar Golf USA Inc.
10. Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the Explanar goods, Explanar Golf will action payment via credit card refund or cheque within 7 days.
11. Explanar Golf pledges to treat all requests fairly and honourably and to provide assistance and reasonable flexibility, where required, to ensure the safe return of Explanar goods.
