SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Once your credit card has been approved, and your delivery/billing address verified, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse.Dispatch will be made to your stated delivery address and a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.
A representative from Explanar or our delivery agent will contact you by phone or e-mail, to schedule a delivery day with you. We make every effort to meet our commitment in this area.
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible provided that the requested items are available. For orders placed and completed before 12noon Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch on the same day. For orders placed after 12 noon we will dispatch your order on the next working day.
For a prompt delivery we must have accurate and complete address details to ensure we can make one delivery charge per delivery address.
Important: A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY CHARGES
Our delivery charges per order are as listed on the web site and detailed on each invoice. With shipments to locations outside of our standard published charges we will provide exact costs prior to shipment.For destinations outside the contiguous USA and UK, please note that your order will shipped exclusive of import duties, customs charges and additional shipping charges: your order will be shipped as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). In certain countries you may also be requested to pay additional import duties and local sales taxes at the time your order is delivered to you.
In the event that you wish to return any item, please note that shipping, import duties and local sales taxes will not be refundable by us.
